Here Are Dos And Don’ts To Stay On Track With Your Fitness
You are not a quitter. No way!
Chances are, you got sidetracked from your fitness plan. Am I right?? Life got in the way didn’t it? You let yourself off the hook cuz it was too hard or took too much time. HOGWASH! Those are just excuses. You gave up excuses, right?
If this finds you still “crushing it” toward your goals and staying on track, I applaud you!
If now and you got sidetracked, here are some Dos and Don’ts to stay on track. Go after what you set out to do in the first place!
Dos And Don’ts To Stay On Track With Your Fitness
DON’T DO THESE
- Don’t do doubles and triples if you can avoid it
- Don’t write this month off and start next month or wait until later.
- Don’t keep starting your program over and over and over.
- Don’t justify having fast food, snacks or junk food just because you worked out that day and replaced a meal with Shakeology.
- Don’t go grocery shopping when you are hungry. (I bet you knew this).
- Don’t eat fast food. It’s just plain bad!
- Don’t beat yourself up if you had an off day, ate something you shouldn’t have, or skipped a workout. Just pick yourself up and continue from where you left off.
Dos And Don’ts To Stay On Track With Your Fitness
DO THESE:
- Do your workout first thing in the morning before anything gets in the way … set your alarm earlier
- Do follow the workout calendar
- Do the workout anyway even though it might not be a favorite or it’s too hard
- Do modify any move that is too difficult
- Do plan your meals
- Do pre-cut your veggies and divvy up lunches on a Sunday for a quick Grab and Go
- Do replace your breakfast or lunch with Shakeology
- Do tell yourself “I am lean, fit and healthy this year! Today I am fitter and healthier than I was yesterday”
- Do check in with your Beachbody Coach each week.
