How can you get unstuck and get in the flow using a WLWL (When Life Works List)? And what is a WLWL anyway? Sounds like a radio station! Well, after I wrote this article on my business blog, I saw so many similarities for health and fitness, that I needed to share this info here!
I was listening to a free CD you get in every Success Magazine. I often get so many nuggets from these CDs as they include tips, insights and interviews from many successful people. There was an interview on one with a guy named, Sean Stephenson. Sean is 3 feet tall and wheel chair bound as he has “brittle bone disease.” You’ll have to Google that one! Now this guy is an expert on helping people break through their insecurities. Since I pride myself in helping people get unstuck, he had my attention.
Get Unstuck With A WLWL
One of the things Sean talks about at the end of the interview is that people should create a WLWL or “When Life Works List.” This is powerful stuff, especially to get unstuck. A WLWL is a list of things that you have done in your life or that you can be doing to make life click and just flow. So, give that some thought!
Think about a time when your life was working really well. Maybe you wrote in a gratitude journal each day. Maybe you were consistent at making and maintaining a To Do list. Maybe you got up and got a workout done first thing in the morning. Maybe you took time to listen to powerful personal development audio. What actions and habits did you do at a point in your life when you were in the zone? Which ones contributed to your happiness?

Create Your WLWL, Get Unstuck, Get In The Zone
Creating a WLWL – When Life Works List can be applied to many areas of your life. Strive to create a list of 5 or more. Review them each day and see which ones you can get back to implementing in your life!
