Cucumber and Mint Cooler
Ingredients:
- 6 cups chilled still spring or mineral water 12 thin slices cucumber
- Few sprigs of mint
In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart pitcher, combine water, cucumber, lemon. Serve, or cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Add ice cubes just before serving.
Strawberry and Mint
Ingredients:
- 16 strawberries (medium size) sliced thin 8 sprigs of mint
- 1-quart water and Ice Serve after 30 minutes.
Pineapple and Mint Medley
Ingredients:
- 4 pineapple slices 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 quart of water and Ice
- Chill for a stronger flavor or serve right away for a nice light refreshment.
Tangerine, Thyme, and Fennel
Ingredients:
- 3 tangerines sliced 2;3 sprigs of fennel 2;3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 quart water and Ice
Steep for at least an hour before serving.
Orange Spritzer
Instructions:
- Add fresh cut oranges to pitcher Add half a lime sliced
- Thinly slice about 1/2 an inch of fresh ginger root
If you want to add bubbles you can add a dash of club soda. Add water and ice and let in refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Strawberry and Cantaloupe
Ingredients:
- Cantaloupe cut in long wedges (4) Strawberries cut in half (12)
- 1 quart ice and water. Let sit 20;30 minutes before serving.
Raspberry and Lemon Mixer
- 1 slice of lemon in the glass, one on the edge for garnish 10 raspberries; steeping for 20 minutes
- Add ice
Pear Perfection
Ingredients:
- 5 pears
- 1 small lemon sliced thinly; not too much 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions:
Slice the pear as shown above
Squeeze 1/2 the lemon over the sliced pear to help from browning Slice the other half of the lemon in to thin slices.
Fill a pitcher of water and add in all of the ingredients from above. Refrigerate for a few hours o infuse your water.
Add ice to glasses, pour over, and serve. Garnish with a slice of lemon or cinnamon stick for some extra spice.
Blackberry & Lime Mojito
Ingredients:
box of blackberries fresh mint leaves sliced key limes
If you would like it a little sweeter add a little cane sugar, crushed ice, ginger ale or club soda for bubbles

Instructions:
In a pitcher, muddle (or smoosh with the back of a spoon) the blackberries and mint until they make a delicious minty berry mush. Add some blackberries, sliced key limes, fill with water and let sit in the fridge for a few hours. Stir occasionally. At this point, if you’re feeling fancy, you could garnish your mojito with a half wheel of lime and a sprig of mint. Or if you’re feeling impatient you could just go ahead and drink it.
Mint and Lemon Medley
Ingredients:
- Lemon: Just 2 slices per glass 3;4 large mint sprigs
- 1 quart of water and ice Works well with iced tea too!
Grapefruit, Orange, and Lime
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a grapefruit thinly sliced 1 Orange thinly sliced
- 1/2 a lime thinly sliced
- A few mint sprigs (optional) Water and Ice
Chill for a stronger flavor or serve right away for a nice light refreshment
Cherry Limeade
Ingredients:
- 1 Key Lime sliced thinly
- 6 pitted cherries cut in half 1 sprig of mint
- Ice and water (still or sparkling) Let steep 30 minutes before serving
Strawberry and Kiwi
Ingredients:
- Box of Strawberries 6 Kiwi’s
- A few fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
Slice kiwi fruit into round shapes (width wise)
Slice strawberries and take off the tops. Make slices of the strawberries. If you would like, add a few mint sprigs
Fill your favorite pitcher with water and place the strawberries, kiwis, and mint. Allow to chill for at least two hours to allow the flavors of the fruit to infuse the water. Fill glasses with ice and serve. For an added touch garnish the glasses with mint sprigs or sliced fruit. I brushed my rims with sugar in the raw.
Cucumber & Lemon Medley in a Pitcher
- 6 cups chilled still spring or mineral water 12 thin slices cucumber
- 4 thin slices lemon

In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart pitcher, combine water, cucumber, lemon. Serve, or cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Add ice cubes just before serving.
Lemon and Ginger Spritzer
Ingredients:
- 6 cups chilled still spring or sparkling water 4 thin slices of lemon
- thinly sliced fresh ginger root
*can also be served hot
Orange and Mint Medley
Ingredients:
- 1 orange finely sliced. 6 to 8 mint leaves Still Water
- Ice
Instructions:
In a 2 to 2 1/2 quart pitcher, combine water, oranges, and mint leaves. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Add ice cubes just before serving. Add 1 mint leaf to each glass as an added touch.
Peaches ‘n Cream
Ingredients:
- 5 very ripe peaches pitted and sliced thinly 8 vanilla beans sliced down the middle
- 2 tbsp organic honey
Instructions:
Warm the honey and stir into the water prior to adding the fruit. Once mixed and the water has cooled, add in the peaches and vanilla beans into approximately 2 liters of water. Refrigerate for at least four hours, add ice and serve!
