Insane Abs Workout in Insanity Deluxe
Are you looking to get insane abs? I find it totally interesting how many different ways there are to work various muscle groups. Over the past month I have been incorporating an ab workout from Insanity Deluxe. It’s called Insane Abs and many, does it test your patience and strength! The workout begins with a set of standing and plyometric moves designed to torch your core through out the move for insane abs engagement. Insane Abs then moves onto floor work. There are a series of insane abs move while sitting in what Shaun T calls a “C” position with various kicks and leg engagement that literally make the abs scream. There are plank moves as well. I have yet to walk away from this workout not sore. I am constantly challenged and I make sure the pause button on the remote is right next to me. Yeah, I know that the pause button doesn’t give a person insane abs, but sometimes you need a quick recovery so you can continue.
Still, by adding in this workout, there’s no doubt in my mind that a lot of the underlying muscles in the abs and core are firing and getting stronger. The soreness tells me so!

I am also loving the other Deluxe workouts: Sports Max Intervals and Insane Upper Body. These are great to blend in the Insanity program. I find that my body really likes to blend weight training with cardio. And, I hear that you can get a free Insanity workout that I don’t even have. It’s called Fast & Furious and it comes as a freebie when ordering the program through a coach! Lucky dog!
