This is one of my favorite Les Mills Combat workouts. High Intensity Interval Training using weights for strength and power training. It certainly gets the heart pumping and is such a short workout! A lot of great tunes to keep you pushing hard! I needed to modify my workout a bit as I am on the road without my dumbbells. Still, you’ll see that it was an awesome workout!
