I love his point about being consistent. However maybe in the future you or he could touch on one of the 17 Modern Myths that often prohibits consistency….RECOVERY…and tips to help those struggling with chronic pain beyond soreness. I guess we could all press on through the pain…but IDK anyone who would say it comes full circle and your body will always heal itself at those obstacles in the process.

I guess for me if pain is chronic, I am going to see a specialist about it and see if there are any underlying issues before I push further. I would guess physical therapy may help too.
