I got this book back in December 2010 and have been slowly absorbing it. Over the years I have done P90X, P90X+, Power 90 and the One on One Series. The concepts Tony Horton shares in his book, Bring It, is a great reminder for motivation, nutrition, breaking through excuses and plateaus, and using proper form to make each exercise effective. Bottom line… Bring It and Get Results!
