Fitness and Health Success is Fundamental.
“Why does it take so long to succeed?” I have often been asked this when it comes to getting results with health and fitness. I often respond with, “Stick with the plan. Trust the process. It will happen.” Perhaps it needs to be broken down.
In order to succeed it takes, time and consistency of tiny steps. It’s following the simple basics. Fitness and Health Success is fundamental. The payoff takes time. The cool thing about our workout programs, is that they don’t take a lot of time to make a big difference.
I look at my buddy, Hiram Santisteban, who lost 238 pounds. He didn’t do it overnight, but he started applying the basic fundamentals of eating right and exercise and then magnified his results using Shakeology and P90X and Insanity. To this day he still applies the basics to maintain and constantly improve himself.
You see, success is the natural consequence of applying the basic fundamentals. The simple day-to-day actions don’t seem to show results very quickly. But over time, you realize the results of the compound effect.
Day by day, keep growing and improving yourself better than the day before. Success will happen. Never quit your goal. Never quit your dreams.
Here’s another success story to share to prove this compound effect works.
Our friend Carol began her journey on August 27th. She was skeptical when she joined our Ten Minute Trainer Group doubting it would do anything for her. She was wearing 3XL shirts and almost size 24W pants. Day by day she worked out and drank Shakeology. Here’s what she just posted today: “OMG I DID IT!!!!!! I’m ahead of my goal 🙂 I wanted to be in a size 14 by the 27th (my second month with BB and also my bday)….. 16’s have been loose, so this morning I tried on my new size 14 jeans and they fit comfortably!! They did not fit when I purchased them. (happy dance!)”
Fitness and Health Success will happen. It’s the natural consequence of consistently applying basic fundamentals.
