How to Get Ripped
Consistency is the the major key in how to get ripped!
You can have all the right tools in front of you such as the workouts, nutrition, supplements, equipment, gym, clothing, etc. But unless you consistently put in the time and effort to follow a plan each day, the results won’t come.
Consistency is the the major key in how to get ripped because it saves time and helps you set and meet expectations. Doing a workout program, like P90X, takes consistent effort on your part. You need to be consistent in following the plan, the workouts, and putting in the time.
Think of your favorite magazine …. As you open the pages, look at the layout, font, adds, and feature articles. They are consistent from issue to issue. They are consistent. You can count on them. In order to get ripped, you need to do the same. Now, this doesn’t mean you can’t have variety. You can vary the foods you eat and workouts you do. Just be consistent with workouts and eating healthy each day.
Show up for yourself, be on time, honor your commitments to yourself and others.
Take action and avoid excuses and procrastination. Keep your goals in mind. That’s how to get ripped, right?
Consistently work out, eat the right foods and take the right supplements. For me, I have my supplements upon waking up. Shakeology 30 minutes later for breakfast. Do a workout, like P90X, a few hours later. Then a post-workout shake. My meals are strategically planned throughout the day. It’s rare when I eat meals at different times when I have a goal set.
Consistently make everything you say, think, and do count. Be positive and keep your eye on the prize! That is how to get ripped!
Be consistent in how you treat yourself. This goes for how you treat others as well! 🙂
Don’t let consistency work against you. This means consistently being late, skipping workouts, procrastinating, making excuses, choosing the wrong foods, etc. That is not how to get ripped.
You will soon begin to appreciate your consistency because you will know what to expect. You will get results and will get ripped! Your body, mind and soul will be comfortable with consistency.
People like having consistency in their lives!
I challenge you to demonstrate excellence in getting ripped by using P90X. It’s a “Get Ripped” program.
- Get P90X.
- Follow the workout plan as designed for 90 days. Even if you have to modify.
- Follow the nutrition guide for 90 days.
- Drink Shakeology every morning for 90 days
- Focus on being consistent. Your consistent behavior pattern in this how to get ripped plan will far outweigh any value of inconsistency (being lazy, procrastinating, coming up with excuses, etc).

- What is the specific goal you want to achieve?
- Why do you want to achieve this goal?
- Where are you you currently starting from?
- How will you achieve this goal?
