Consistency is the the major key in how to get ripped!
You can have all the right tools in front of you; the workouts, nutrition, supplements, equipment, gym, clothing, etc. But unless you consistently put in the time and effort to follow a plan each day, the results won’t come. Consistency is the the major key to getting ripped because it provides efficiency and helps you set and meet expectations. If getting ripped was easy, everyone would be shredded, but that’s not the case. You need to commit and become consistent.
