So basically today, I’m just going to give you another tool that’s going to help you keep your workouts on target.
Team Beachbody offers a free online gym program that’s called the SuperGym. And when you log into your account with Team Beachbody, you’re going to see an option to go and log your workouts.
The first thing that you’re going to want to do, if you haven’t done it already, is make sure that your profile on Team Beachbody is completely filled out. You’re going to want to have logged your “before” weight; you’re going to want to have maybe a picture; and what your actual goal weight is afterwards, including interests and things like that.
But one of the coolest things is that just by logging your workouts live every day, is that you get to see hundreds of other people just like you working out at the same time!! So make sure you’re doing that. This is a great way for you to document your progress and to meet other people on Team Beachbody. And it’s pretty cool. So check it out.
