The Insanity Max Ab Workout – Ab Attack is so much fun for only 10 minutes. I say that with sarcasm. The moves are not difficult to perform. They just wear on you as each move is 60 seconds long. Makes it fairly easy to Max Out! Here’s a video of each move!
