You only get better at the things you do often. Or….what you suck at…is your body’s way of telling you what exactly you need to do MORE of to improve! Awesome job pushing through your weaknesses, Perry! I’m so proud of you! If you could compete with your younger self, I have no doubt whatsoever that he would be most impressed and amazed by his older version. 🙂

will be at my door monday cant wait to start. ima big guy so this is gonna b interesting but i know i can do it no matter my size ill just listen to my body and watch the improvments flow in.. my plan is to do asylum then then asylum/insanity hybrid and then the asylum p90x hybrid. should be a fun 90 days
