Hey Perry I have a question on the P90x recovery drink. I was looking at the Nutritional Facts and don’t you think that 10 grams of protein per serving is a little bit? Especially after doing doing strength training like Legs/Back, Shoulder/Arms etc. You would think that it would have a minimum of 25 grams of protien. I finished my first round of P90x 3 weeks ago and lost 18lbs. Round 2 is in progress now. I ran out of my protein drink and was looking into the P90x recovery drink.

What I have read n many fitness forums: Optimal post workout drinks are 4 to 1 carbs to protein ratio for optimum recovery and that’s what you are seeing with Recovery Drink. Plus it is the best tasting I have ever had! Keep doing protein shakes at other times, but RD after strength workouts.
