hey i just finsished p90x and i am going to start p90x plus so u did p90x twice? and one big!!! favor to ask do u know where i can get p90x plus fitness guide??? plz and thank you

Way to go Boom. No small feat! You might be able to contact Beachbody to see if you can get a replacement guide. I know some of the sheets are available online in your profile page under the fitness/exercise tab. Have a blast! It’s a great program and so much fun!

hey thx for the reply. i was thinking i was thinknig of doing p90x lean, standard, double and than p90x plus cause i dont think i am rdy to do plus. is standard the guide that says “mapping out the next 30 days”?. i read the p90x diet guide can just explain it to me? i read it but i am confused about it. thank you

I think if you did P90X classic, you’d be able to do the plus just fine! The plus just combines many moves together. A great way to keep the momentum flowing. P90X diet guide has 3 phases. Each one coincides with the workouts. Phase one shreds fat and then next 2 phases bring in more carbs for energy. Have fun.

Yeah, I absolutely love what it did for my body and how it has transformed me. I continue to use it (along with P90X+) even after 5 years! I love it. Yeah, I started with the bands actually (have the whole rainbow). I like the fact you don’t need the weights, especially on the road. 🙂
