Resistance bands will do the trick! You can really do well and adjust the “weight resistance” for many workouts. I mainly used them my first round along with 1 set of 20 lb dumbbells.

good job; my only two cents, keep your neck alingned with your spine, you tend to bend it backwards (may be you are looking at some timer or something in front), it will increase stress on your neck. May be move the timer below your nose so that you don’t have to bend ur neck back like that
