Awesome for you!! I have thought about doing this in a pushup position rather than elbows. I wonder how challenging that would be. Sounds like you are quite fit. Way to go! You probably would like the X!

I know it sounds like a lt, but with 12 workouts… it breaks down to only $10 a workout. Cheaper than a lot of other products out there! Some day maybe. Otherwise, sounds like you do well with what you got! Keep at it! Take care!

Or you can try P90X+ or try a different program altogether. I have done several rounds of P90X and have also done P90X+, Ten Minute Trainer and several others. Mix it up and really confuse those muscles!

do this before i go to sleep.
I’ve only done the whole thing a couple of times, usually i would stop at around 4:15

nahh its cuz im into working out and all but im a procrastinator so when its sleep time thats when wanting to workout kicks in but i dont want to get my heart rate up so i do this instead.
like you said its a workout on its own

This is stupid! This is not strength, this is endurance, and a poor choice for determining the functional strength of anyones core. Whatya gonna do, keep eeking up the time? Or levitate? Boo!
