Are you struggling to get fitness results? You know, I used to struggle big time. I would strategize these big plans in my head. I would join a gym or workout in my basement with the circuit equipment I bought from JC Penney. Yep. I had big plans and I had my own strategy for doing it. I would write out some sort of daily plan. But not every day. That seemed like a lot of work. So, maybe 4 days a week seemed reasonable. Maybe 3 days. Yes, I like the sound of that. I mean, they say 20 minutes a day 3 days a week is better than nothing, right?
Well, as you read my year after year thought process and planning for getting results and getting fit, you can see why I was struggling to get fitness results. And you know what? I got sore a bit. Felt empowered to get started, but easily fell off track.

So finally I decided to get some help. Just show me what to do and I’ll do it! I didn’t want to be struggling to get fitness results any longer.
Now, I wish I could say it was that easy! When I first started a program I wondered, will it work for me and can I do it? I knew I was struggling to get fitness results and needed to change my mindset. I need to just trust the process even if I didn’t “feel like” working out or putting in the effort. I decided to just show up for 90 days straight, no matter what. I knew there would be obstacles… up days, down days, tired days, crappy days, scheduled days, busy days. And still, I said… Put Yourself First and show up one day at a time no matter what!
