Do you have a morning success habits routine?
Will Morning Success Habits Work For Me?
I am not a morning person! That’s the story is used to tell myself most of my life. I believed it too. If I had to get up early, I talked myself into being tired and unproductive. Now, I am reconditioning my beliefs and transforming every area of my life. I need to be vigilant in my habits to keep improving because life has challenges.
The morning (or the beginning of your day) is the optimal time to prime your mindset. So I would start there. Research shows that your mood in the morning can impact your productivity for the whole day.
If you are ready to feel more energized, happier, less stressed and more productive, my morning success habits will help you achieve that!

Tony Robbins says, “The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” Morning success habits!
I tell you, discipline is your greatest asset and for many people, it’s the barrier that keeps people from reaching the success level they want in life. You’ve got to be consistent. It won’t be a habit if you doing these once in a while. It will take practice but will get easier and easier to do.
How do you start the day?
Are you in reaction mode? After hitting the snooze button a few times, you feel yourself scrambling to catch up and feel stressed out and anxious? This is can be a significant block for how the rest of your day plays out.
Starting your day with a proactive approach where you put yourself first with a morning success habits routine can provide you with the motivation and productivity to make you feel unstoppable.
It’s time to make yourself a priority. Train yourself with the discipline
Do you wake up every morning, feeling tired and sluggish, even though you slept for 8 hours? If so, it’s time to start a morning ritual.
Here are my morning success habits for daily motivation, and productivity:
Smile / Gratitude
Sit up. Smile and peacefully breathe in deeply for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds and breathe out of your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat one more time. Then say a prayer of gratitude to appreciate the day. Or what you have. Or guidance for your day ahead.
Strive to feel a deep sense of peace, purpose, and direction. When you start the day in gratitude it gives you perspective. It focuses on what a gift it is to be alive.
Water
After sleeping all night your body is dehydrated. Your body, organs, and cells are craving water. Drink water right away in the morning to kick-start your metabolism. You’ll be giving your body energy and flush out toxins.
Affirmations
I like to read one or two powerful affirmations. I strive for ones that fire up my self-belief and confidence. I also include ones about reaching my unlimited potential or important priorities.
Read
I spend about 10-15 minutes reading an uplifting book for inspiration. I often read on my Kindle, but sometimes plug into an audiobook through Audible. I find that it helps me with my mindset and many times I learn new skills.
Journal
I take 5-minutes to write in my journal. I write down what I’m grateful for, proud of, and set intentions to create a perfect day. I feel empowered, uplifted and inspired! I love using a simple tool called the Five-Minute Journal.
I also plan out my day in my Planner Pad. I categorize, prioritize and schedule my day with the most important tasks.
