The August surge to get healthy and fit is on! What do you want? To lose weight? Feel great? Get lean?
I am sitting here learning from a live broadcast right from the headquarters at Beachbody. The CEO, Carl Daikeler has gone on the air for 8 straight hours to help the network of coaches learn how to best help people to get healthy and fit.
This is part of something called the AUGUST SURGE!
This ALL DAY event being held on August 5th helps coaches learn how to invite people to health and fitness challenges or how to best offer solutions to people to find the ideal program to get them results.
The questions are being submitted via Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and the answers are being streamed from 9AM PT – 5PM PT on a conference call and live video feed.
A Powerful Movement To Get Healthy And Fit
How cool is that? It’s like getting an instantaneous feedback to burning questions you may have. What a great company to be a part of. This is especially effective for the 25,000 new coaches who joined the Team Beachbody network in June and July. This will help coaches learn what it’s like to start conversations, share their story and invite people to join in a health and fitness challenge.
Being a Beachbody Coach is where a person has a passion for helping people get healthy and fit. A person can partner with Team Beachbody and start their own independent business that is centered around helping people achieve their goals to live a healthy fulfilling life.
This is simple and it’s brilliant. Who doesn’t want to get healthy and fit, right? Just sit and do nothing literally leads to health problems, issues and a difficult lifestyle. Just look around you. We have an unbelievable obesity trend and it’s preventable. SIMPLE formula… eat right, exercise and get support. That’s it. Super simple. No magic pill. Nor surgeries. Just stop eating like crap, get off the couch and get moving.
That’s what I love about the challenges we put on. We call them challenge groups. That is a support and accountability group designed to help people get results from their health and fitness program.
We have had people lose 10, 20, and even 30+ pounds in other challenges using workouts, a meal plan, nutrition, support and mentoring. Our participants are finding that having a customized plan right for them and tailored to their lifestyle is essential to getting results. This is how people are getting healthy and fit!
Verla dropped 5.5 pounds, Cynthia dropped 1 pant size, Trae lost 6.2 pounds and and Brent lost 13 pounds in just the first two weeks! Elisha also lost 13 inches and 6 pounds in challenge!
Participants post things like, “SUCCESS!!!!!! Official weight loss at the end of this challenge: lost 8 lbs and 7 inches! Woo-hoo! So happy I joined this group! You all have been motivating and supportive! Thanks to all of you!”
“Weighed myself today and I thought I wouldn’t have gone anywhere, but I am down another 3 lbs from the 9 lbs I lost last week!””
Chris lost 19 pounds and said “everything I have is way loose now. Pants are good 2-3 inches to big and belt down 2 notches and even had to punch a new hole in one of my belts.”
Katie lost 17 pounds and stated, “I am eating WAY better, more energy, I was never a big coffee drinker to begin with but no coffee or caffeine since. Heartburn/acid reflux is gone also!!
Charlie lost 15 pounds in his first 30 days. He posted this to our current challenge:
“Just finished TMT Cardio, Yoga Flex & Total Body. This was my last workout for the series which started Jan 7. My starting weight was 310 and ending weight today was 295. Tomorrow, I will repeat the beginners TMT program again for another month until I can do all of the exercises. I feel great and maintain a sense of calm throughout the day due to exercise and better eating habits.
No food tastes as good as being able to button a shirt I’ve not worn for years because I was too large. Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement and I wish you continued success with your fitness programs.”
Tammy is having a blast and has lost 10 pounds and 2 inches! She recently posted in our group, “I feel like we have a bond that cannot be broken. Each one of us brings our own special twist on the day; always encouraging, and never judgmental. Let’s turn it up! Summer is just around the corner and I do not want to sit under a blanket in the sun!”
My friend, Laurie, posted “I did a 5 week measurement and noticed I lost an inch on my hips and chest and an inch and a half, can it be?, on my waist. Keep up the good work everyone. The results will come.”
My friend, Carol, kept going and lost 33 pounds in 60 days! Then she lost another 14 the next month for a total of 47 pounds! She went from almost size 24 down to size 14. She kept it simple! She stayed consistent. She used our challenge group to keep motivated and accountable. And she did the workouts from within her own home. No driving to a gym! Carol also won $500 just by sharing her results in our challenge!
