Core De Force will kick your butt! That is certainly true in the Core De Force MMA Kick Butt Workout! This is a lower body blast with a nice mix of plyometrics and pushups. I know. I was thinking, what an interesting combo! The one minute lower body moves focus on the glutes and legs, while the 30 second cardio moves (called spikes) are filled with either burpees or plyometric pushups of some sort! A nice variety of exercises that will certainly kick your butt. You might need to modify a few moves until you get them down!
