Help Me Design A 30-Minute Full-Body Workout
Will you help me design a 30-minute full-body workout?
I think it’s easy for people to walk into a gym, look at all of the options and just kind of aimlessly wander around dabbling through a workout.
You see, we have a huge gym with lots of equipment I have never used. While I am pretty confident in creating a workout, I would love your input.
Let’s have some fun!
Please help me design as a great workout
Design me a Total Body workout I can do in about 30 minutes. At least something that will work upper Body and Lower Body by the time I’m done. If you can throw in some Core Work, that would rock!
