There are times you may come across in your fitness journey where you need to modify exercises. That can be when you are beginning your journey, learning a new move, or compensating for an injury or illness.
Over the past few years, there are some exercises I just need to modify due to arthritis and a degenerative disc in my lower back.
So I want to share with you how I need to modify exercises
