We were just wiped and had a hard time pushing thru tonight’s workout. Was mentally deflating as we thought we’d improve. All three of us huffing and puffing and taking breathers. Still a good workout, just wanted to be better!

I am starting to notice my fitness is improving and same with how I feel about my self. Back in November 2010 on the day when I cut my tip of my thumb when I went to get my thumb fixed up by my doctor and I also asked to be put on anti depression/antianxity medication since I have slight OCD. since then I been improving my life, I signed up for kickboxing 2 months ago I also signed up for Dancing a month ago and I am still working at improving my life I also been learning to ask for help.
