I just started month two of the workout program called, INSANITY. On one of the days I added in an extra workout from P90X called, Legs and Back. Two days later I was so sore and looking to swap out my INSANITY workout for something calming and refreshing to the muscles. So, I threw out suggestions whether to do yoga, stretch or max cardio conditioning to my status update on Facebook. One of my friends asked, “What does the calendar say?”
That was a great question that led me back to how important it is to follow a plan if I want results. Beachbody gives us many plans to choose from within each workout program. The best thing we can do… follow the plan as designed and watch the fitness success happen!
