Is moringa the ultimate superfood? Over the years as I learn more and more about taking better care of my body, I learn about these things called superfoods. Superfoods meaning, foods found in nature that are nutrient dense, low in calories, and are superior sources of anti-oxidants and essential nutrients. There are many out there such as acai, amaranth, quinoa, goji, and more. Moringa is considered to be the most nutrient rich plant on earth.
Moringa leaves have been consumed for centuries in Asia. Supposedly, it has more than 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants. I don’t know if this makes this the ultimate, but you sure can’t deny those impressive stats! Sounds like quite a valuable tree!
