The other day I was checking out people’s amazing results with Beachbody workouts on the Team Beachbody message boards. I came across the one thread and saw Kenny A. got ripped results with P90X2!
I was so impressed! Great results, especially with his core! P90X2 does have you engaging your core almost every routine! So, it’s understandable on how Kenny got so ripped. I’m sure he followed the nutrition guige very well, too. I think he said he was eating right around the 2,100-2,200 calorie mark.
According to Kenny, “I had great results with P90X through a few rounds, but all the core work in P90X2 really pushed me to a different level. Using Beachbody’s body fat calipers it says I’m at 7.7% body fat. P90X2 has gotten this 47-year old to be in the healthiest and most ripped shape of my life.”
Many people I coach also had great results with P90X2. My friend, Randy (also age 47), was so happy that he now fits into jean sizes he hadn’t seen since he was a football player in high school.
What’s impressive about P90X2 is the variations of the routine and the phases. It’s different than P90X, yet still challenges you to really bring it! P90X2 was created to increase athletic performance. It still uses resistance training, plyometrics, cardio and yoga, but it incorporate post activation potentiation (P.A.P.) to increase athleticism.
