Les Mills Combat Review – Live Workout
I get to give an official Les Mills Combat review after doing a few live workouts! This past weekend I had the pleasure of doing two live workouts with the Les Mills trainers. They are the same trainers I got amazing results with Les Mills Pump! The workouts they took us through were from the upcoming and highly anticipated Les Mills Combat. Les Mills Combat Review – The Workouts
Combat mixes 6 forms of martial arts into one super-fun, highly energetic workouts that will have you sweating, smiling and feeling full of power!
Below I will explain what come in this program that I see you using to take your fitness to yet, another incredible level.
Each live workout contained a series of choreographed moves that were easy to learn and timed perfectly to the rhythm of the upbeat, pumped up music in each track. The workout was broken into what are called tracks. One series would work on the arms with a series of punches, blocks and movements from various martial arts like boxing, kickboxing/muay thai, taekwondo, capoeira, karate, and jiu jitsu. Then the next track would work the legs with kicks, fancy footwork, shuffles, plyometrics, etc. The moves are specially combined for the ultimate total body fat loss and body shaping benefits. These specific combination training will no doubt get you fitter, leaner, and in better shape than you’ve ever imagined.
Les Mills Combat Review – The Results
At the end of each workout you feel like you burned over 600 calories, are sweating bullets and know that you had an total body blast as you feel the eminent soreness start to set in.
My forearms were pretty sore when I was done. After the workout, I spoke with Joel (one of the trainers). He gave me a tip to make sure I fully extend my arms when I do my punches. I will certainly keep that in mind!
