You already know you need to exercise almost daily. You probably have committed to going to the gym, run, or perhaps you use an at-home workout program to get results.
The thing that often happens to people is getting and staying motivated to workout!
Enter a simple and effective solution: Music!
Think about it, doesn’t music pump you up, lift your spirits, mood and energy? I know it does for me! As a matter of fact I find music to push me to do more, lift heavier and dig deeper. There’s nothing like finding the right music for workouts to keep you focused and energized!
I know programs like Insanity, Turbo Fire, and Brazil Butt Lift have music embedded throughout that really fire you up and take things to new levels. There are other programs that I think you can use your own tunes cranked up in the background and intensify and motivate yourself even more! It works for me anyway! I challenge you to try it out. Even doing a yoga workout and putting on some sort of spa channel!
Ideas to Motivate Yourself with Music for Workouts
Download Pandora and set up a channel or playlist that fits your music preference. Make it high energy and fun to fire you up! There are some high energy workout playlists you can search for with the Pandora app (for phone and computer!).
Download killer music selections to your iPod, SmartPhone or music player.
Use the iTunes Genius feature to play similar tracks to keep things varied and fresh from workout to workout.
