My excuse was I didn’t have exercise clothes and equipment. I didn’t know where to start!
For example, shoe options were overwhelming! I tried exercising without shoes and it wasn’t a good idea. Then I didn’t want to invest in exercise outfits if I didn’t know I’d stick to exercising.
