Great video, I have listened to this video appox. 15 times at least so far. My drive to the gym is 35-40 minutes so I’ve been listening to this over and over. Great video. Still doing the 30 +10 day challenge. It’s really helped me 100% because I got serious and determined. My weight scale numbers are great !! I’m vegan and I’m always at the gym but this challenge really amped up my progress. Thanks Perry
