P90X2 allows you to adjust the length of each phase. So each phase can be between 3 to 6 weeks. I’m sure many will do 3 weeks and then move to the next phase. Is the goal to get thru it or get better?

Great advice Perry. P90X2 being a performance type workout program is all about getting better rather than just making it through. People get fit with P90X and become atheletes with P90X2. Keep motivating all these folks 🙂
