@SteroidsR4tools AHA… while you’re working those chest muscles, you need to tighten up and work those tiny muscles in your core. Helps strengthen back, obliques, abs, chest. It’s awesome. Really helps with definition and “rippedness!” You put a frown after your comment of sticking with the X? That program rocks. Be proud bro!

@SteroidsR4tools That I can’t say. Might be something to work up to. Once of those challenges to see if you can balance. But don’t go hurting yourself. As you saw on my podcast, I was cautious too. Safety first. Also, I never gauge a workout based on if it made me sore. If it does, fine. All I do is think, did I do my best? Not all workouts are ones I repeat if I don’t feel they are benefiting me. I don’t have any medicine ball or basketball, but I focused on my core. That’s all.
