Lol the echo… I had done p90x and insanity and I still don’t have a six pack I followed the nutrition, I don’t get what I’m doing wrong will asylum get me there? Btw I was never that big I was slightly overweight and now I’m a normal weight I’m at 13% body fat,I want to get to between 8-6% for the summer

@sportzfan9 Not sure what can guarantee a six pack other than good, clean eating and over all body conditioning that includes core, abs and yoga/stretch over a period of time. I mean 13% BF is still lean!
THis program is a blast and I think if you blended it with P90X, you’d be seeing some of that six pack definition!
