Okay I thought you were gonna talk about supplements, but you are right about water. I get at least a half gallon of water a day which will gaurantee that I will get a gallon or more of liquid. However, I know it should be one gallon of pure water a day. Coffee, tea, juice and milk should not count. I filter my own water and chill it in the fridge. Good tip on hunger vs thirst. Did you know that when you are thirsty you are already dehydrated? I still have bicep envy BTW! 😉

i fill a gallon milk jug of water a day and by the end of the night its alwyays almost gone some nights it gone a while b4 nighttime so i get my gallon in a day most days
