One thing I need to keep on doing for my success is for me to keep on top of my mental health. When I was younger I believe I was depressed but I really didn’t show it because i kept all my feelings inside, and I believe i got so use to it I really didn’t notice my feelings at all. in some ways I was disconnected from my feelings. Ever since i got on my anti depressant I been starting to feel certain emotion i never felt before. So I got to keep on moving ahead.

to learn more about myself. I have a feeling that i been holding myself back from achieving what I want in my life. So i need to learn to unlock my hidden power inside of me. maybe when I see my doctor again i will ask him if he knows any good psychiatrist, I believe there are few things I still need to address. At least I am working at improving my fitness and my mental health.

@ceddas21 Way to keep going forward!! You sound ike you have been discovering a lot about yourself and how to gain control! It’s an amazing process to keep getting better. I find that exercising and eating right by following a plan does the mental side of things well. Also, reading and listening to great personal development books can be quite empowering! I bet you are experiencing the same! Way to go!! I’m proud of you!

@bibbeny Yes… I’m a mind reader, LOL!! Those starts and stops can weight heavy. Just know there are always hurdles and that you have options to move around them. 🙂
