We let ourselves go and weren’t happy. We wanted to jumpstart our metabolism with the most nutrient dense way possible and without feeing deprived. Here’s the way Hillary and I did the Shakeology Cleanse to keep up our momentum. We had one shake for breakfast. Then another at lunch. When we had those snack cravings mid afternoon, we made a version of Shakeology ice cream where we split one serving. That hit the spot. We had a salad for dinner (with 4oz of grilled chicken) and then later on, we split another ice cream. This was perfect and we felt great.
