@Perry Tinsley I’ve been vegan for almost 16 years. I don’t preach it, it works for me. Haven’t fallen off the wagon but still consume too much food at times. Covid didn’t help either with the gyms closed. I love the gym at its like my 2nd home. It’s a good release for me. Trying to take some weight off right now so this video was great !!
