Hybrid Workouts for Fitness A.D.D.
If you love fitness but can’t decide what workout program to do, why not create a hybrid workout using a variety of programs? Have fun with it! Mix cardio, strength training and flexibility into the routine. Here is mine, which combines Les Mills Pump, Insanity, Body Beast, P90X, One on One and the recently released Asylum 2! Hybrid workouts are a great way to keep things fresh and provide a change of pace without getting bored.
