The Tempo Back & Bis workout from Body Beast is awesome! You do a variety of rows, pull-ups, pull overs, and curls at varying paces (or Tempo)! It’s intense and will have you begging for mercy!
Do you think a routine like this would help me break through a P90x plateau? It seems like every time I hit the weights my numbers stay the same like I can’t get stronger or have peaked. Also do you get as good of a pump from this routine as would from a bulk/build workout? Can you get cut and firm with Body Beast without necessarily putting on mass? Also what has been your favorite program and why? Thanks.

You know Alexander…. if you followed the program as designed you will for sure put on muscle mass and get powerful and strong. SOunds like you are wanting to lean out a bit and really get cut and chiseled. I found great results with Insanity The Asylum Volume 1. There are others too like P90X2 and Combat that should do you nicely!
