Want to test the strength of your core? 10 years ago I made a video on YouTube demonstrating a core stability test where you hold plank for a little over 3 minutes. Along the way you lift various limbs to really test your stability! I will post the test below!
Holding plank is a great isometric exercise to train your core! Awesome time under tension more your muscles and to strengthen and stabilize your spine.

Plank Hold – 60 s
Lift right arm Hold 15 s
Lift Left arm Hold 15 s
Lift right leg Hold 15 s
Lift Left leg Hold 15 s
Lift left leg and right arm Hold 15 s
Lift right leg and left arm Hold 15 s
Plank Hold 60 s

I am severely site impaired and was wondering is it a high plank you get in or The traditional plank where you are on your forearms
