Do you tend to overthink and overcomplicate things? I do that all the time! But over the years I am learning to Stop Overthinking and just do today! In other words… make a decision and take action!
Biggest hurdle to overcome is not workouts or even eating right.
It’s the head games we play between our ears.
When I finally made the decision to get fit, I needed to set aside all BS excuses of the past. Even if I failed may times before! I realized if I was going to push through major obstacles to reach my goal, I can’t just want to want to; I needed to be in a full-on blitz of excitement and determination about getting fit, losing the weight and going after it no matter what. I just did today! I just showed up. Did the workout. Drank my Shakeology an checked it off the calendar!
I had to be honest about what I really wanted to do, believe it’s possible regardless of any evidence otherwise (my huge gut), and go for it.
After that, I never looked back!
