I personally love 30-day challenges. For me, it’s a mindset thing.
Gives me a focus. A target to reach in a relatively short period of time.
There are many different 30-day challenges out there.
Do they work?
Do they deliver on the promise… health habits, fitness results, productivity behaviors, organization and decluttered environments, and changes that can lead to a happy, fulfilling life.
Lets talk about 30 Day challenges and if they even work.

I did a 30 day weighted squat challenge. 100 squats a day for 30 days. I have to admit, I had really neglected legs for months. I had remarkable results. In full disclosure, I was SICK of it by the 15th day. Almost quit, but was already seeing good gains and stuck it out. Going to start a biceps challenge this morning and see if I can get through a sticking point.
