2023 is your year to fuel up your body with more veggies and more water!
Here’s a simple strategy!
WATER: Start the day drinking 16 oz (or more) and drink 16 oz about 20 min before each meal and snack. Also drink water thru the day.
VEGGIES:
Breakfast: Add greens to a shake or omelette
Lunch: 1/2 veggies 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein
Dinner: 3/4 veggies, 1/4 protein
