@Perry Tinsley Perry, I didn’t lose weight ’cause I can’t follow the diet program. But regarding the workout program, I love it and do it everyday for last 3 months. My endurance has been up and my sleep quality is much much better. Some of my body pains like leg and shoulder pain are gone away. I feel some kind of knee pain now but I believe I need supplement and foot orthotics. I don’t think the knee pain is for doing workout because a couple of months ago I injured my ankle. That could be the knee pain reason so recently I started doing the modified version of lunges and plies. By the way, I am in my late 40’s 😉 So knee pain might be aging related!
