Do you use meditation to get fit?
I used to think it was kind of woo-woo.
I resisted the calm.
My brain and body always liked to be on the go.
Over the past few years, I have put more time into this practice.
And a boy I am currently reading Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Joe Dispenza and it is opening my eyes to the power of this practice.
So many possibilities!
One of the main purposes of meditation is to go beyond the conscious mind and enter the subconscious mind, in order to change self-destructive habits, behaviors, beliefs, emotional reactions, attitudes, and unconscious states of being.
From an exercise standpoint, meditation can provide you with the secret to rebuilding your energy levels and improving muscle growth.
