We both know that people typically eat more and exercise less on Saturdays and Sundays.
Even though the weekend shouldn’t be an excuse to take a break from your goals, many of us let our guard down on the weekends.
It used to be Fridays for me!
My gateway evening of pizza and beer as I headed into the weekend.
Then I kept it going on Saturday and Sunday and felt defeated, bloated, frustrated, and angry as Monday had come because I sabotaged all my hard work from the week before!
The cycle can be hard to break if you don’t start taking control of your weekends!
